We offer free shipping (1-5 days) with min. purchase of $49.95 to 48 contiguous United States. We also offer discounted express shipping. Shipping is done Monday-Friday. Expedited shipping options and costs are available on checkout. We base our shipping cost on destination and shipping weight. Once the order is placed, we will email you order confirmation, tracking information, and delivery confirmation via email.
We offer a 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on products purchased from us. Products must be returned with all parts, original packaging and in re-sellable condition. We will provide full refund. Before 60 days, unopened items can be returned for refund and customer is responsible for return shipping.
Defective within 60 days - If a product is deemed defective within first 60 days from purchase, we will pay to have a new unit shipped to you and we will pay to have the defective unit shipped back.
Warranty - After 60 days from purchase, our products have a warranty period of 3 years for our Air Purifiers and 1 year for our Toothbrush Sanitizers. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to us for any warranty issues. We will pay for the warranty replacement to be shipped back to you. This is only valid for customers with in United States and Canada.
