We provide free shipping (1-5 days) to the 48 contiguous United States (excludes HI & AK) for orders exceeding $49.95. In addition, we offer discounted express shipping options. Our shipping operations are active from Monday to Friday. During the checkout process, you will have access to expedited shipping choices and associated costs, which are calculated based on the destination and weight of the shipment. Upon placing an order, we will promptly send you an email containing the order confirmation, tracking details, and delivery confirmation for your convenience.

Returns Policy

We are pleased to offer a 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee for all products you purchase from us. To qualify for a refund, please ensure that the products are returned to us with all parts included, in their original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition. We will happily provide a full refund for the returned items. For unopened items, if you wish to initiate a return after the initial 60-day period, you can still do so and receive a refund. However, please be aware that in such cases, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.


Defective within 60 days - In the event that a product is found to be defective within the first 60 days of purchase, we are committed to providing a seamless resolution. We will cover the costs associated with shipping a new unit to you, as well as the return shipping of the defective unit. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure that you receive a fully functional product without any additional inconvenience or expenses.  
Warranty - After 60 days from purchase, our products have a warranty period of 3 years for our Air Purifiers and 1 year for our Toothbrush Sanitizers. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to us for any warranty issues.  We will pay for the warranty replacement to be shipped back to you.  This is only valid for customers with in United States and Canada.
Request RMA Number: If you need to return an item you can login to your account and request an RMA, call us or use our Contact Form with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
