Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping 1-3 days to customers in United States. We also offer discounted 1 day shipping. Shipping is done M-F. Expedited shipping options and costs are available on checkout. We base our shipping cost based on destination and shipping weight. Once order is placed, we will email you order confirmation, tracking information and delivery confirmation via email.
We offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on products purchased from us. Products must be returned with all parts, original packaging and in re-sellable condition. We will provide full refund and pay for for return shipping.
We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (Ex. you received an incorrect item). If a product is deemed defective within first 30 days from purchase, we will pay to have a new unit shipped to you and we will pay to have the defective unit shipped back.
Warranty - After 30 days from purchase, our products have a warranty period of 1 year. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to us for any warranty issues. We will pay for the warranty replacement to be shipped back to you. This is only valid for customers with in United States and Canada.
Request RMA Number: If you need to return an item you can login to your account and request an RMA, call us or use our Contact Form with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
